Frank Montoya
Frank has been serving documents in the Durango and surrounding areas for over 25 years. He is a Durango native, and is thoroughly familiar with the area. Frank has many local connections that have proven to be helpful when trying to track individuals after being provided with an outdated or incorrect address. Frank is an avid outdoorsman who spends much of his free time hunting, fishing, boating, horseback riding and snowmobiling. He also enjoys spending time with his six grandchildren.

Rustin has lived in the Durango area since the early 90's. Upon Rustin's graduation from Durango High School, he attended the University of Wyoming on a full ride Rodeo scholarship. Rustin took a sabbatical from his studies at UW, and joined the Marine Corps during which time he served one tour in Iraq. Once he returned from the war, he finished his college career, earning a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. Later, he received his Master's in Education. Rustin is involved in numerous activities in the community, including coaching and serving as a Captain for the Durango Fire Department.
